The support team is just fantastic! They responded to all my inquiries super quickly and helped me transfer all my business numbers without a hitch. Bhoomika and Mohil ensured I had everything I required throughout the whole process. The platform is user-friendly, and it includes all the essential metrics without any of the unnecessary clutter. The platform is super user-friendly, has a nice interface, and the customer service is always on point. I can manage calls, 800 numbers, SMS, MMS, and auto-dial features all in one place. "Excellent Support"
I've interacted with sales reps, account managers, engineers, and porting support at JustCall, and I gotta say, the crew has been super friendly and really helpful. This ain't about the product itself, but rather how well the teams are staffed, trained, and quick to respond. Bhoomika from the Porting Team was particularly great—she was understanding and quick to respond while we were transferring numbers from three different providers to JustCall. Communication was crystal clear, and she made sure we were always in the loop.

"Awesome product, onboarding, and assistance"
They do a fantastic job of breaking down the product and helping with any problems. The onboarding process is well-supported, and the ongoing assistance is solid too. This product really elevates us from a basic divert system. The money we invest in this will be saved on mobile devices and contracts, but we get way more functionality and flexibility in return - truly a remarkable product.

"Feels like they're pushing subscriptions on folks..."
Honestly, it feels like they're really pushing people into subscribing. It should be up to us to decide. I only put in my card info 'cause it was part of the signup process. Then I got a call from customer service and told them straight up that the prices were steep for the SMS feature I was after.
After that, I’ve been offline due to some health stuff. Just today, I noticed a $60 charge in my bank account, and when I looked into it, I found out they signed me up for two users every month! Seriously, who decided I needed two users?
This just shows they’re trying every trick in the book to make you subscribe.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend them!

"Scam Alert (Subscription Issue)"
What a scam! Payment scheme is a joke.
I signed up for a trial and made sure to cancel my subscription three days before it was set to renew.
Even though I followed the steps to cancel, they didn’t go through with it. They claimed they had to do it manually, but it seems like they just waited until I got charged before taking any action.
I spoke with an agent named Lavanya who assured me I’d get a refund in 5 to 14 business days, along with a transcript for the $60. Guess what? That never happened.
My account is finally cancelled, but they’ve completely ghosted me on email and chat.

"Super helpful staff all around..."
The staff were incredibly accommodating and supportive. From the sales rep (Mohil) to the onboarding crew (Priyanka) and the porting group (Bhoomika), everyone was great. They were super patient with all our questions and really flexible with our requests. They kept us in the loop about everything and were quick to respond to our inquiries. Excellent work, team!

"This company is a scam. Refund my money!"

A few days ago, I signed up on justcall.io and had to enter my credit card info to create an account. I was searching for a service that I just couldn't find on their site.
Now, I’ve discovered that justcall.io has charged my card $60, even though I haven’t purchased anything or used any of their services.
I've already disputed this charge with my bank, and they advised me to reach out to justcall.io first. I’m baffled as to why they took money from my account.
I’ve tried to get in touch with them through live chat and also sent an email to help@justcall.io.
The person I chatted with claimed that I had signed up for the standard plan. Honestly, I don’t even know what their services are, and I haven’t used any of them.
I’m demanding a refund. This is a scam, plain and simple. It’s totally fraudulent.
I received an email from Trustpilot asking for more details, but I only saw it after the deadline, so I’m updating this review now.

The latest update is that I spoke with their live chat again, and the rep told me they’ve deleted my account and promised to refund my full amount in 12 days. Now, I’m just waiting for that refund.

"Definitely not a good choice"
Out of the blue, they decided it was necessary to have at least 2 seats, which meant they hiked up the price without any heads-up. Now, they won’t even consider giving us our money back. This business isn’t trustworthy. Better look for options elsewhere.
